MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – December 12, 2011 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., and Thomas Paine

Jean Armitage – Council on Aging Board scheduled a meeting for the first week in January, January 3rd and Thursday, January 12th. The board is trying to get new members. The board is planning to do an event called “File of Life”. This event will require the help of the Tolland Fire Department and offer their services in checking senior’s smoke detectors.
Scheduled an Open House for the Public Safety Complex:
Sunday, January, 15th 2-4PM Coffee & Donuts
The Police and Fire Department have scheduled a Thank You Spaghetti Dinner for Tolland Resident’s on Saturday, February 4th.
Highland Valley Elder Services accepted the appointment of Jean Armitage. The appointment will expire on September 30, 2012.
